your rights

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify ‘wildwool' that you wish to return it for a refund. You can use the form on the contact page to do this.  You then have a further 14 days to return the order.

Refunds can only be given once returned items have been received in their original state, including any original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

your responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and must retain proof of postage/shipping. 

If the buyer returning items does not obtain and provide ‘wildwool’ with proof of postage, it is the responsibility of the buyer to raise the issue with their chosen carrier should the parcel go missing.

returns outside the EU

If you are returning a parcel from outside the EU, you must mark clearly on the appropriate customs forms that you are either:

‘returning goods or merchandise'

or

‘returning to country of origin'

If parcels are returned without the appropriate customs declaration they will be returned to the buyer.
